Q&A

Q. Photo id required.
A. You must present a valid photo ID at the Main Entrance in order to enter. A valid photo ID can be one of the following: drivers license, passport, social security card, basic resident register card, alien registration certificate, certificate of the intellectually Disabled, or the residence card issued by public institution. If you don't present your Valid PHOTO ID, please note that entry will be denied and no refunds or no date transfer for the tickets will be available.
Q. Is there any same-day ticket sales at the venue?
A. There are no same-day tickets available for sale on the day of the ULTRA JAPAN event. You won't be able to purchase any tickets even if you wait around the venue. Please also be warned that scalping or purchasing tickets from scalpers is prohibited.
Q. What is a GA Ticket?
A. GA Ticket stands for General Admission Ticket.
Q. Is the private VIP Bar free?
A. The private VIP bar is not free and is available at an additional cost.
Q. Do you only receive one wristband for the three day pass? I cut my wristband off. Can I get into the venue with a wristband that has been cut? Can I receive a new one?
A. Guests who purchase a GA3-day pass wear the same wristband for three days. Guests who purchase a GA1-day pass/VIP1-day pass will wear a wristband that is only effective for the date of the ticket they purchased. If a wristband is lost or damaged on the date during which the ticket was exchanged for a wristband, re-entry, re-issuance, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Be careful not to lose or damage your wristband during the event. Guests who are discovered to have used a wristband to enter the venue in a way that is deemed unlawful will be forced to leave the event. If unlawful entry is discovered, the suspected party will be taken to the police and subjected to legal action.
Q. I booked an advance ticket but it still has not arrived.
A. Due to mistakes in the registered contact details, we may not be able to contact you so please contact the registration office.
Q. I have lost my ticket. Is it possible to re-issue my ticket?
A. WE DO NOT RE-ISSUE TICKETS. Even if you have a receipt or proof of purchase, we still do not re-issue tickets so please keep your ticket safe until the day of the event. If you forget your ticket on the day of the event, we will ask you to repurchase a new ticket.
Q. I will not be able to go to the event. Can I sell my ticket?
A. Reselling and transferring of tickets is prohibited. Legal actions may be placed on both the buyer and the seller. Tickets purchased from anywhere other than our official ticket sites and outlets, including the black market, is illegal. Legal actions will be placed on both the buyer and the seller. Entry will be denied for those caught with tickets purchased illegally.
Q. Can we smoke inside the venue?
A. Please smoke in the designated areas, even when using a mobile ashtray.
Q. I have injured someone when I crowd surfed / dived.
A. Crowd surfing and moshing is strictly prohibited. The organizer, venue, and artists will not be held liable for anyone involved in any injuries or accidents that occur due to such actions. Please note that the organizers will not get involved or consult in any problems that occur due to such actions.
Q. What should I do if I feel sick during the event?
A. Please approach the staff at the event or visit the relief area.
Q. Is this event wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes you can enter the venue on a wheelchair. Please note that there will be a designated area in the venue and if there is anyone accompanying you, that person also needs to purchase a ticket.
Q. I have lost my ticket. Is it possible to re-issue my ticket?

Q. Can I take pictures inside the venue?
A. Pictures can be taken inside the venue. However, these will be limited to smartphone and cellphone cameras. Single-lens reflex cameras and other cameras of similarly high performance will not be allowed into the venue under any circumstances. If it has been discovered that someone has brought such a camera into the venue, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately regardless of whether or not they have been given permission to shoot photographs. Additionally, selfie sticks and other similar items may annoy other guests are thus strictly prohibited. Please stow any of these items in a locker before entering and do your utmost to comply with the rules of entry.
